My TouchPoints have issues connecting?

If your TouchPoints are having issues connecting, here are a few steps you can take to improve it:

1. Uninstall the app

2. Go to Settings-> Bluetooth and look for my devices

3. Look for your TouchPoints and click info

4. Forget your device

5. Reinstall then open the app and pair again
