Bill S.* owns a large, global company and prior to using TouchPoints experienced daily anxiety that he attempted to manage with external distractions, trying to keep busy, avoidance of quiet moments, and Ambien every night to facilitate sleep. “I just thought every CEO had to be stressed out and there was really nothing to be done about it, it was just a fact of life,” Bill reported. He had accepted that restless nights, chronic fatigue, stress eating, and significant measures to cope were going to be a permanent part of his reality ongoing.

Then he tried TouchPoints. “At first I was skeptical. I mean, how are two devices going to make any significant impact?” The first time he turned them on, he noticed an immediate change. “It was like I couldn’t feel the stress I was just experiencing and my chest felt tight and it kind of lightened up. I wasn’t sure what was happening, but it was a significant difference.” He decided to use TouchPoints as a part of his morning routine about 15 minutes each day while getting ready in the morning. “I like that I can multi-task while they are on and I keep them in my pockets while I get ready.” “When they are on it feels like whatever I’m thinking about doesn’t have that stress attached to it anymore and I feel more confident to handle things.” He also used them during stressful negotiations and a few minutes before bed at night to help facilitate sleep. “After a few weeks I thought they were working so well I thought maybe I could try to go off the Ambien. I was surprised I had the thought because I had been on Ambien for over 8 years.” He consulted with his physician, stopped taking Ambien, and was able to sleep through the night.

Bill has been using TouchPoints consistently now for about 6 months and reports an increase in business profitability, significantly better sleep without sleep aids, less irritation, fewer stress related body sensations, and an overall sense of well-being.

Has your company done a study with a teacher yet? I am a veteran teacher with high anxiety and stress. I am wondering if there was someone who has been studied to see if it works with them. I’d love to be a trial person if you’d be interested.
