Thodian™ is the world's first digital wellness device that combines bilateral alternating stimulation and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms for automatic stress detection. It has been proven to reduce stress and helps people live their best life.
BLAST™ (Bi-lateral Alternating Stimulation Tactile) patented technology is life changing. Clinical studies have proven that users applying BLAST® have been shown to impact cortisol levels with a 74% reduction in stress in as few as 30 seconds
The Thodian™app will automatically recognize acute stress events based on a user’s heart rate variability (HRV) obtained from a compatible digital wearable (Apple Watch, Garmin, Android). The app will then prompt the user to administer BLAST® through the Thodian Tokens. This proactive approach to wellness is the first of its kind. As a result, Thodian aims to keep the user in a continuous state of calm.

AGE & TECH REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 13 years or older to use Thodian.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule ("COPPA") requires Thodian app users to be 13 years or older. For children 4-12 years, try TouchPoint Essentials. TouchPoint is not recommended for ages 3 and under due to small choking hazards.
