TouchPoint Solution took the world by a storm in December of 2016 when it unveiled its proprietary BLAST (bi-lateral alternating stress tactile) technology.
BLAST technology, embedded in wearable devices, was shown through numerous double-blind placebo-controlled studies to reduce subjective stress by up to 70% in 30 seconds but also to reduce the objective marker of cortisol both during and after a stressful event. The cortisol statics were so impressive that TouchPoints were named Best Health and Wellness by both Forbes and Digital Trends at the 2019 Consumer Electronic Show.
Since inception, TouchPoints have helped people de-stress over 3 Million Times.
TouchPoints founder Vicki Mayo discovered and launched the technology after looking for a solution to help her then 4-year-old who was suffering from night terrors. In consultation with numerous neuropsychologists and scientists, Mayo brought TouchPoints to the world in December 2016.
Mayo has long been an advocate of helping others. At the tender age of 20, Mayo discovered two teenage boys abandoned in an apartment after their parents had been deported. Mayo became an overnight mom and raised the boys. Mayo’s experience with the child welfare system in Arizona turned her into a lifelong advocate for helping those in need. In addition to developing the Keys to Success program that helps foster children with paid jobs as they age out of the foster care system and the Siblings family camp for foster siblings separated due to multiple foster placements, Mayo has been a strong advocate and alumni of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. She was appointed by the Governor of Arizona to as the Chief Transformation Office for the State’s largest agency- the Department of Economic Security.
Mayo is a serial entrepreneur with TouchPoint Solution as her fifth successful endeavor. Her past businesses included tech, finance, and hospitality. She currently serves as CEO and Founder of TouchPoint Solution.
