BEING SCARED
When facing your fears, it is common to experience increased heart and breathing rate, sudden sweating, shaking, freezing, or urge to flee the situation. This is your body’s fight-flight-freeze response kicking in. This is a natural response to a perceived threat or danger, however, it is not always necessary or appropriate. BLAST® can be used to turn off the fight-flight-freeze response when you’re feeling scared.
