Before you start:

When to use BLAST®:
Use 15 minutes before and during telling someone bad news.
If the situation is traumatic, leave the TouchPoints on for several hours and use every day liberally while they adjust.
How to use BLAST®:
Where: Place TouchPoints on your wrists, ankles, clipped to pant pockets, or simply hold them in your hands.
Mode: Use the Fast/Purple mode.
Timing: Leave on for the duration of the conversation or until you feel calm.
