TICS/TOURETTE'S
Tics can sometimes appear or feel more noticeable during times of stress or overstimulation. This happens when the body’s natural fight, flight, or freeze response increases physical tension. While stress is a normal part of life, it can make it harder for the body to stay relaxed. Using BLAST® can help ease the stress response, allowing the body to find a calmer rhythm.
