Limited Manufacturer's Warranty (Included with every TouchPoint Kit purchase):
¹TouchPoint provides up to 2 complimentary replacements for manufacturer defects within 12 months of the original purchase. This coverage period begins from the date of purchase and does not reset with replacement parts. Accidental damage, loss, and theft are not covered under this warranty. All products must be registered on ilovetouchpoint.com within 30 days of receipt to qualify for coverage. Troubleshooting may be required before replacements are issued. Customers must submit a photo of the serial numbers on the back of the device, which must match the registered product. A prepaid return label will be provided for returning faulty devices, and the return must be completed within 7 calendar days to avoid an $89 fee. Continued coverage requires registration of replacement devices within 30 days of receipt.


²Each manufacturer's warranty claim will include free shipping within the U.S. and Canada. For orders placed outside the U.S. and Canada, customers will be responsible for all shipping fees. Additionally, orders to Canada may incur customs and duties fees, which the customer must cover depending on the order size.


³One set of replacement accessories for manufacturer defects is provided at no charge within 30 days of the original purchase.. Troubleshooting or a photo of the faulty accessories may be required. The faulty accessories must correspond with the registered kit. Replacements will be of the same product, and if the accessory is discontinued or out of stock, options of equal value will be offered.

Damage Insurance:

Damage Insurance covers up to two replacement devices for accidental damage, including physical or water damage, within 12 months from the date of the original kit purchase. To be eligible for replacement, devices must be registered on ilovetouchpoint.com within 30 days of purchasing Damage Insurance. Troubleshooting may be required before replacements are issued. Customers must submit a photo of the device's serial numbers, located on the back, to ensure they match the registered product associated with Damage Insurance. Coverage is limited to one TouchPoint kit per Damage Insurance purchase. A prepaid return label will be provided for the return of damaged devices, which must be sent back within 7 calendar days. Failure to return the damaged product will incur an $89 fee per device or necessitate the return of future damaged devices before replacements are issued. Replacement devices must be registered within 30 days of receipt to maintain continued coverage.


Damage Insurance covers the replacement of up to one set of accessories from a TouchPoint Kit for accidental damage at no charge within 12 months of the original kit purchase. Standalone accessory purchases are not eligible. To qualify for replacement, the TouchPoint Kit must be registered on ilovetouchpoint.com within 30 days of purchasing Damage Insurance. Customers may need to troubleshoot or provide a photo of the damaged accessories. The damaged accessories must match the kit registered at the time of purchase. Replacements will be of the same product; if an accessory is discontinued or out of stock, alternatives of equal value will be provided.


⁶Damage Insurance covers the cost of shipping for warranty claims within the U.S. and Canada. For claims within Canada, customers are responsible for any applicable customs and duties fees. For all international claims outside the U.S. and Canada, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including any customs, duties, and taxes that may apply.

How do I file a claim for the limited manufacturer's warranty or TouchPoint Care?

1. Register your TouchPoints within 30 days of purchase on our product registration online form.

2. Email hello@thetouchpointsolution.com a detailed description of the issue and a picture of the back of the device experiencing the issue. We will require either the email used to place the original order, or an original order number. A customer experience representative will get back in touch to ensure you have working TouchPoints within 48 business hours.
