TASK AVOIDANCE

Stress can play a major role in task avoidance. When a person is under significant stress, they may find it difficult to focus on the task at hand or may lack the motivation to begin the task. On the other hand, this avoidance can result in even more stress when those tasks begin to pile up and deadlines approach. BLAST® can help you manage stress and get started on these tasks.
