Returns & Refund Policy

What is your return/refund policy? 

We offer a 30-day risk free trial provided TouchPoints™ are returned undamaged and in working factory condition. The 30-day countdown is upon receipt of the package.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange.  All sales are final after 30 days. 

Returns within 30 days of date of arrival are accepted.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable software products. 

Proof of purchase is required for eligible returns.

How do I return my devices?

Contact us by emailing customerservice@thetouchpointsolution.com or calling 877-77-TOUCH  within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we will help you process the return.

If you are returning your device for a refund, you will need to pay for return postage at your local post office.
