What is your return/refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee provided all TouchPoints™ components (TouchPoint™ devices, couplers, and charging cable) are returned undamaged and in working factory condition. The 30-day countdown is upon receipt of the package. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange. All sales are final after 30 days. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of package and must be authorized with an RMA # in order to be accepted.
For defective product replacements, the customer will be given 30 days upon the receipt of the replacement product to refund or exchange. All sales are final after the 30 days for replacements. Returns that are postmarked within 30 days of receipt of replacement product are accepted.
For institutional packs, all sales are final.
All orders placed between November 10th-December 21st will have an extended 60 day money back guarantee.
Proof of purchase is required for eligible returns.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I return my devices?
Contact us by emailing email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we will help you process the return.
If you are returning your device for a refund, you will need to pay for return postage at your local post office.
