Returns and Refunds Policy

What is your return/refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee provided all TouchPoints™ components (TouchPoint™ devices, couplers, and charging cable) are returned undamaged and in working factory condition. The 30-day countdown is upon receipt of the package.  If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange. All sales are final after 30 days. Clearance items are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of package and must be authorized with an RMA # in order to be accepted. If returned without an RMA #, the return is subject to a 10% restocking fee.* Return postage will be deducted from the refund amount.

*RMA# unavailable and unnecessary for returns outside of the US.

Please note: Returns will be processed within 4 weeks of being received.

For defective product replacements, the customer will be given 30 days upon the receipt of the replacement product to return for refund. Only returns that are postmarked within 30 days of receipt of replacement product are accepted. All sales are final after the 30 days for replacements.

For institutional packs, all sales are final.

Do you offer replacements?

Yes! The 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covers all manufacturer’s defects for one year from purchase.

TouchPoints Insurance covers any damages (loss is not covered) outside the manufacturer’s warranty for one year from purchase.

Replacements can also be purchased individually.

How do I return my order?

Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by filling out this form within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Customer service will assist you with processing the return with an RMA #.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are completed.
