Brain Balance Core Program | Shipping Policy

United States: $5 flat-rate shipping via USPS (estimated 1–5 business days).

International (UK, Canada, Australia): Shipping is calculated at checkout via DHL (estimated 5–10 business days).

Customs & Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees. This fee varies by location. Brain Balance is not responsible for customs delays or incorrect shipping addresses. Replacements and warranty-related shipments are covered by us. If you're returning a product, return shipping is your responsibility. See return policy for more details on how to return. 

Brain Balance Core Program | Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Here's what you can expect:


US, Canada, Australia: All purchases come with a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt. This covers any manufacturer-related defects, but not accidental damage or lost items.


United Kingdom: Purchases are covered by a 24-month warranty, as required by UK consumer law. This includes the same coverage as above.


To activate your warranty, simply register your product through your program’s specific registration form. Note: This warranty is in addition to any rights you already have under consumer protection laws.

Brain Balance Core Program | Return Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality products. Please read our return policy carefully by region:


US & Canada: All sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is faulty or required by law.

Australia: Sales are final, but if your item is faulty or doesn’t meet statutory guarantees, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

United Kingdom: You have 14 days from receipt to return your product. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the full product price (minus original shipping and import fees). To start a return, please reach out to hello@thetouchpointsolution.com with your order details. Our team will provide you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) Once we receive your request for refund, our Customer Service team will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions. We cannot accept returns without an RMA.
