When to use BLAST®:
Spot: If possible, use during the conversation.
Preventative: Use for 5 minutes when thinking about how to approach the difficult situation with your partner; use before calling or texting if you're angry and might say or do something you'll regret.
How to use BLAST®:
Where: Place TouchPoints on your wrists, ankles, clipped to pant pockets, or simply hold them in your hands.
Mode: Use the Fast/Purple mode.
