Where: Place TouchPoints on your wrists, pockets, in socks, or simply hold them. 

Mode: Use the Medium/Yellow mode. 

Timing: Continue use for the duration of the task.

Premium Mode: Use the Focus mode.

Where: Place Tokens on your wrists, pockets, in socks, or simply hold them. 

Timing: Use for preset duration of focus mode. If needed, repeat until you've completed the task.
