Is TouchPoint Care refundable?
TouchPoint Care is eligible for refund for up to 30 days from date of purchase. To request a refund, please reach out to hello@thetouchpointsolution.com.
Each TouchPoint Kit must be registered with purchase of TouchPoint Care using the online product registration within 30 days of purchase.
TouchPoint Care offers 12 months of coverage. At the end of 12 month coverage buyer may choose to extend coverage an additional 12 months through separate purchase.
Extended coverage will be offered to purchaser's email 1 month before end of initial 12 month coverage. Offer valid for 30 days. Offer is subject to going rate of TouchPoint Care. Extended coverage may only be purchased once/kit, for a maximum 24 months of coverage.
How do I submit a service claim?
To submit a claim please email hello@thetouchpointsolution.com with:
1. A detailed description of the issue that's occurring
2. The serial number located on the back of the device(s) experiencing the issue
3. Your shipping address
Is shipping included with my TouchPoint Care claim?
Are TouchPoints waterproof?
TouchPoints are not waterproof, however, they are sweat-resistant.

¹TouchPoint Limited Manufacturer Warranty (included with purchase) and TouchPoint Care (purchase necessary) offers 12 months of coverage from time of initial purchase of a TouchPoint kit. Free or discounted replacement parts will be covered under the original 12 month period and will not reset coverage. Devices must be registered for product coverage online at https://thetouchpointsolution.com/pages/product-registration within 30 days of purchasing TouchPoint Care to activate coverage.
²At the end of 12 month coverage buyer may choose to extend coverage an additional 12 months through separate purchase. Purchase of TouchPoint Care Extended Coverage will extend both the Limited Manufacturer Warranty and TouchPoint Care. Extended coverage will be offered to purchaser's email 1 month before end of initial 12 month coverage. Offer valid for 30 days. Offer is subject to going rate of TouchPoint Care. Extended coverage may only be purchased once/kit, for a maximum 24 months of coverage.
³In the event of a manufacturer defect, registered product is eligible for up to 4 free replacement devices with free shipping within a 12 month period. Customer may be asked to troubleshoot before considered eligible for free replacement device. Customer must provide a picture of the serial numbers located on the back of the device prior to replacing. Serial numbers must match registered product associated with product coverage. Customer will be provided a prepaid return label to return faulty TouchPoint. Customer is responsible for mailing back defective TouchPoint within 7 calendar days. Failure to return faulty product will result in an $89 fee.
⁴In the event of a manufacturer defect, registered product is eligible for up to 1 free replacement accessory set for 30 days from time of kit purchase. Customer may be asked to troubleshoot or provide a picture of faulty accessories to be eligible for replacement. Faulty accessories must match kit registered at time of purchase. Accessory will be replaced with same product. If accessory is discontinued or out of stock, replacement options of equal value will be provided.
⁵In the event of physical or water damage to a TouchPoint device, registered product is eligible for up to 2 free replacement devices + free shipping with TouchPoint Care. Without the purchase of TouchPoint Care, product is eligible for up to 2 replacement devices for $89/device + shipping. Customer may be asked to troubleshoot before considered eligible to purchase replacement devices. Customer must provide a picture of the serial numbers located on the back of the device prior to replacing. Serial numbers must match registered product associated with product coverage. Customer will be provided a prepaid return label to return faulty TouchPoint. Customer is responsible for mailing back defective TouchPoint within 7 calendar days. Failure to return faulty product will result in an $89 fee.
⁶In the event of accidental damage to a TouchPoint accessory, registered product is eligible for up to one free set of replacement within 12 months from time of TouchPoint kit purchase. Thereafter, a 50% discount may be applied for up to one set of replacement accessories for accidental damage within 12 months from time of TouchPoint kit purchase. Purchase of TouchPoint Kit must be registered for product coverage on ilovetouchpoint.com within 30 days of purchasing TouchPoint Care to be eligible for replacement. Customer may be asked to troubleshoot or provide a picture of damaged accessories to be eligible for replacement. Damaged accessories must match kit registered at time of purchase. Accessory will be replaced with same product. If accessory is discontinued or out of stock, replacement options of equal value will be given.
⁷In event of loss or theft of devices, registered product is eligible for up to 2 replacement devices at a discounted rate of $65/device + free shipping with TouchPoint Care, or $89/device + shipping without TouchPoint Care.
⁸ With TouchPoint Care all claim types include free shipping to the US and Canada. Depending on order size, orders to Canada may require customs and duties fees for which the customer is responsible.
