OBSESSING (KIDS)
When kids experience stress, their young minds can also get trapped in a fight-flight-freezemode. This can make them feel like their thoughts are stuck on repeat, just like a broken record that keeps playing the same worries over and over again. It's as if their brains can't find the pause button, and breaking free from these repetitive, troubling thoughts can be quite challenging. This may show up as constant overthinking, increased anxiety, and struggling to focus on their activities and schoolwork. BLAST® can be a valuable tool to help children regain a sense of calm and logic, helping them in escaping the grip of these obsessive thoughts.
