When to use BLAST:
Spot: Use as soon as you feel the onset of stress.
Use when you are complaining or assuming something will be terrible until you become less upset and can think logically about the situation.
Preventative: If you know you're going into a scenario that may cause you to feel worked up, begin using them 15-30 minutes prior.
How to use BLAST:
Where: Place Tokens on your wrists, pockets, or simply hold them.
Mode: Use the Medium/Yellow mode.
Timing: Leave on until you feel a sense of calm.
