When to use BLAST®:
Use when your child is complaining or assuming something will be terrible until they are less upset and can think logically about the situation.
How to use BLAST®:
Where: Place TouchPoints on your wrists, ankles, clipped to pant pockets, or simply hold them in your hands.
Mode: Use the Medium/Yellow mode.
Timing: Use until negative thoughts change into more reasonable or positive thinking.
