How do I wear TouchPoints?

Place one TouchPoint on each side of your body and secure them with wristbands, sweatbands, clothing clips, hold in hands, or keep in pockets or socks.

For TouchPoints to work, one must be on the right side of the body and one must be on the left. TouchPoints do not need to be touching the skin as long as you can feel the vibrations.

TouchPoints can be used for a short duration to spot treat stress, or they may be left on for longer periods of time to prevent it.
