Returns Policy
US & Canada:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee provided all TouchPoints components (TouchPoint devices, couplers, and charging cable) are returned undamaged and in working factory condition. The 30-day countdown is upon receipt of the package. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange.
- All sales are final after 30 days.
- Clearance items are non-refundable.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested. Contact hello@thetouchpointsolution.com to obtain an RMA #. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of package and must be authorized with an RMA # in order to be accepted. If returned without an RMA #, the return is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return postage will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.

Warranty
TouchPoints Manufacturer Warranty includes a 1-year limited warranty covering any manufacturer defects. Beginning 8/29/2024, all orders will include TouchPoint Care benefits with every purchase, at no additional cost.
