Limited Manufacturer's Warranty (Included with every TouchPoint Kit purchase):

⁸ In the event of a manufacturer defect TouchPoint will issue free replacement devices, up to 4 replacements, within 12 months of initial purchase. The 12 month coverage countdown begins from time of initial purchase, not replacement parts. All parts must be registered on ilovetouchpoint.com for product coverage within 30 days of being received. Customer may be asked to troubleshoot prior to replacing. Customer must provide a picture of the serial numbers located on the back of the device prior to replacing. Serial numbers must match registered product associated with warranty coverage. Customer will be provided a prepaid return label to return faulty TouchPoint. Customer is responsible for using prepaid return label to mail back damaged TouchPoint within 7 calendar days. Failure to return damaged product will result in $89 fee, and require future damaged devices to be returned prior to replacement. Replacement devices must be registered within 30 days of receiving to be eligible for continued coverage.

⁹Each manufacturer's warranty claim will be free to ship. Depending on order size, orders to Canada may require customs and duties fees for which the customer is responsible.

TouchPoint Care

$0 deductible on up to two replacement devices for accidental damage, every 12 months (must extend coverage at end of 12 months).¹

$0 deductible on up to one set of accessories, then 50% discount on up to one set of accessories for accidental damage, every 12 months (must extend coverage at end of 12 months).²

Free priority shipping on accident claims.³

Reduced deductible ($65/device) on up to two replacement devices for lost or theft, every 12 months (must extend coverage at end of 12 months).⁴

TouchPoint Care:

³TouchPoint will send replacement parts with USPS priority mail (1-2 business days) (US), or USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-8 business days) (Canada). All orders are processed for shipping within 1 business day. Depending on order size, orders to Canada may require customs and duties fees for which the customer is responsible.

⁵After 11 months of purchase of TouchPoint Care, customer will be notified via email associated with original purchase that they are eligible to extend their coverage for an additional 12 months. Extended coverage is subject to a flat rate of the going rate of TouchPoint Care at time of offer. Offer to extend coverage valid for 30 days. Extended coverage may only be purchased once/kit, for a maximum 24 months of coverage.

How do I file a claim for the limited manufacturer's warranty or TouchPoint Care?

1. Register your TouchPoints within 30 days of purchase on our product registration online form.

2. Email hello@thetouchpointsolution.com a detailed description of the issue and a picture of the back of the device experiencing the issue. We will require either the email used to place the original order, or an original order number. A customer experience representative will get back in touch to ensure you have working TouchPoints within 48 business hours.
