Limited Manufacturer's Warranty (Included with every TouchPoint Kit purchase):
⁸ In the event of a manufacturer defect TouchPoint will issue free replacement devices, up to 4 replacements, within 12 months of initial purchase. The 12 month coverage countdown begins from time of initial purchase, not replacement parts. All parts must be registered on ilovetouchpoint.com for product coverage within 30 days of being received. Customer may be asked to troubleshoot prior to replacing. Customer must provide a picture of the serial numbers located on the back of the device prior to replacing. Serial numbers must match registered product associated with warranty coverage. Customer will be provided a prepaid return label to return faulty TouchPoint. Customer is responsible for using prepaid return label to mail back damaged TouchPoint within 7 calendar days. Failure to return damaged product will result in $89 fee, and require future damaged devices to be returned prior to replacement. Replacement devices must be registered within 30 days of receiving to be eligible for continued coverage.
⁹Each manufacturer's warranty claim will be free to ship. Depending on order size, orders to Canada may require customs and duties fees for which the customer is responsible.
¹⁰No charges apply for up to one set of replacement accessories for manufacturer defects for 30 days from time of kit purchase. Purchase of TouchPoint Kit must be registered for product coverage on ilovetouchpoint.com within 30 days of purchasing to be eligible for replacement. Customer may be asked to troubleshoot or provide a picture of faulty accessories to be eligible for replacement. Faulty accessories must match kit registered at time of purchase. Accessory will be replaced with same product. If accessory is discontinued or out of stock, replacement options of equal value will be given.
