Limited Manufacturer's Warranty (Included with every TouchPoint Kit purchase):
¹¹TouchPoint provides up to 4 complimentary replacements for manufacturer defects within 12 months of the original purchase. This coverage period begins from the date of purchase and does not reset with replacement parts. Accidental damage, loss, and theft are not covered under this warranty. All products must be registered on ilovetouchpoint.com within 30 days of receipt to qualify for coverage. Troubleshooting may be required before replacements are issued. Customers must submit a photo of the serial numbers on the back of the device, which must match the registered product. A prepaid return label will be provided for returning faulty devices, and the return must be completed within 7 calendar days to avoid an $89 fee. Continued coverage requires registration of replacement devices within 30 days of receipt.
²Each manufacturer's warranty claim will include free shipping within the U.S. and Canada. For orders placed outside the U.S. and Canada, customers will be responsible for all shipping fees. Additionally, orders to Canada may incur customs and duties fees, which the customer must cover depending on the order size.
³One set of replacement accessories for manufacturer defects is provided at no charge within 30 days of the original kit purchase. To be eligible for replacement, the TouchPoint Kit must be registered on ilovetouchpoint.com within 30 days of purchase. Troubleshooting or a photo of the faulty accessories may be required. The faulty accessories must correspond with the registered kit. Replacements will be of the same product, and if the accessory is discontinued or out of stock, options of equal value will be offered.
