July 1: Define Your Safe Space 
Write down what makes you feel emotionally safe—people, places, rituals—and how you can create more of that this month.

What does emotional freedom look like for you?

Spend one full minute observing the sky, trees, or water. Breathe deeply. 

July 7: Audio Reset 
Listen to a calming podcast or guided meditation while using TouchPoints. 

July 8: Uplift a Voice 
Share or repost something meaningful from a mental health advocate of color. 

July 9: Breath Hold Check-In 
Take three deep breaths, then hold your breath for a few seconds. Notice the shift.

Notice which color draws your attention today. What emotion might that connect to? 

July 14: Reframe a Negative Thought 
Take one critical thought and reframe it with kindness.

Pause and ask: What would I say to a friend feeling what I’m feeling?

Take pride in a quiet personal win this week. No announcement needed.
