May 1st: Self-Compassion Check-In
Begin the month by offering yourself kind words, no self-criticism, only support.
May 2nd: Reflective Journaling
Spend five minutes writing about what emotional wellness means to you right now.
May 3rd: 4-7-8 Breathing Practice
Try the 4-7-8 breath: inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Use TouchPoints for deeper calm.
May 4th: Connect with Nature Sounds
Listen to calming nature sounds (rain, ocean, birds) and notice how your body responds.
