Entering the final month of the year can be chaotic with shopping for last-minute holiday gifts, preparing to host and entertain family, and planning for the holidays. This is the perfect time to implement mindfulness into your daily routine to help you feel more grounded, relaxed, and self-aware in the midst of the busyness of this time.

We like to couple mindfulness with a monthly intention to help guide thoughts and actions in a positive and uplifting direction. Our intention for the month of December is “giving back”. It’s important to give back because it not only feels good, but it also helps to build relationships and empathy. Research has even linked different forms of generosity to better health!
